I take a process that eats someone's whole morning, hand the repetitive steps to a machine, and give the human back the judgment calls. Here's a lead-intake flow I'd compress. Flip the toggle.
I'm a full-stack developer. Since 2022 I've been shipping production web apps for clients across events, e-commerce, finance and visa services. Honestly, I like the whole path: sitting down with the client, modeling the data, building the UI, getting it deployed, then watching the workflow tighten once an automation quietly hooks the seams together. That last part is my favorite.
These days I build a lot of AI on top of that work. Chatbots and knowledge bases trained on a client's own docs, plus workflows in Zapier, Make and n8n that route leads, sync CRMs, generate documents and fan out notifications. My favorite builds quietly do the work of a person, and now they can answer like one too.
